Delivery

We want to make sure you get your items as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's how we handle shipping:

• Most of our items are sent by Parcelforce.

  • Next Day Delivery: Wherever possible, we use Parcelforce 24 for next working day delivery.

  • Bulky Items: For big items like our Luxury Mattresses and Full Width Beds, we use Parcelforce 48 Large.

  • Smaller Items: Things like tables usually go via Parcelforce 24, but sometimes we might use Evri or Yodel instead.

You'll get tracking information as soon as your item is dispatched, so you can keep an eye on its journey to you.

Shipping cost to mainland UK (excluding Higlands and islands) is now free on all our beds and buddy boxes except for our Full Width Beds which is £50. To check your shipping cost add the item(s) to the cart, go to checkout and select your location (there's a drop down box next to "Delivery").

We aim to get your order ready and dispatched within 2 working days. If you need something sooner, just let us know—we'll do our best to speed things up for you.
